When problems persist and complicate ever more, let’s create an environment for order to emerge and ripen.
Tessagen Transformations collaborates on an individual and group basis to bring together separated parts to generate a new, mosaic whole. The past that successfully brought you to the present moment will be honored while simultaneously transcending into what you want to become.
Phase One: Check Fit
A straightforward introduction to each other.
This conversation helps determine if we will work well together.
This session and future sessions are conducted either in person or via Google Hangouts depending on location and travel availability.
Phase Three: Design
The who, what, when, where, and why.
Creation of a targeted and sustainable transformation.
Phase Four: Offering
Collaborate on your transformational plan to optimize benefit and efficacy for your topic(s).
Phase Five: Cycles of Transformation
Implement customized plan to realize impact on your topic(s) with rhythmic check and adjust as the real world unfolds in a new way.
One cycle every 2-4 weeks, typically 4-12 cycles.
Phase Six: Completion
Evaluate progress at committed program end date and determine next steps, if any.
